Where Does MemberSuite CRM Fit?
MemberSuite is best fitted in a mid to large enterprise associations. As a result of it's cloud-based association management software (AMS) technology architecture, it could scale lower, however, that doesn't mean it's best suited there.
Those organizations who find value in MemberSuite comprise some of the following priorities:
Associations who want to manage their needs within one modular solution.
Trade and other associations who run many of the common programs such as billing, events, member management, self-service, and e-Commerce etc.
Associations who desire a very comprehensive cloud based solution.
NGO's who value an open API and integration with other partner software systems such as HigherLogic, Informz, & ExpoLogic to name a few.
501(C)6 organizations who see value in finding a support partner not simply software.
Nonprofits who want an affordable platform.
How Much Does MemberSuite Membership Software Cost?
Like many membership management products on the market today, MemberSuite is “cloud-based" and it has a SaaS license model, in which the software is licensed on a subscription basis and is centrally hosted.
From working with many organizations over the last decade using and reviewing this AMS platform, MemberSuite has a modular and flexible pricing model.
As of 4th quarter 2021, MemberSuite does not price by user: they price by module and offer an unlimited number of users. Therefore, customers don’t need to worry about paying for situations like adding temporary staff or interns. Instead, pricing is based on module usage allowing customers to pay for only what they use and reducing the cost burden for smaller customers only using a handful of modules.
Therefore, there is one price which allows all essential staff members access to MemberSuite database to promote continuity and visibility without a punitive price tag.
Based on analysis, the estimate of software pricing is roughly 0.9% of an Association’s annual revenue for annual recurring license fees (depending on number of modules). And, implementation costs vary from organization to organization.
It is very important to note and underscore that pricing may change and it's at the discretion of the manufacturer to do so. So, this brief summary is not intended to be the final authority on pricing rather just a rule of thumb. Every client is unique.
We do not sell software, so we ask that you please consult directly with MemberSuite for the most up to date pricing.
What is the 911 Peer Review on this AMS?
Like software options today, software peer review sites are all over the internet. Below you will find several with various comments on iMIS from it's users:
Before you check out the feedback found on these sites, my recommendation is that you please review our article on how to utilize these site and comments on various resources here.
MemberSuite Membership Software Case Studies:
I am a big advocate for reviewing case studies and learning more context about the experience that organizations derive from software. In the application software world, the use cases are only as effective as the value someone's deriving from them. Makes sense, right?
Further, what seems obvious from one's perspective may not be to others seeking input. The specific context matters so much in peer to peer discovery.
That noted, here are few videos found on the MemberSuite site which cite several stories from their customers in their own words which I found worth noting.
